11. Beasts With No Sword

A girl getting groped by some men,
in a country where girls were getting raped by thousands,
in their homes, on the streets and not only in shelters.

She must be just sixteen, having less sense of what it is.
an indecent touch of a man?
all she knew was his hand,
on her body that was not his.
It didn't belong to him.

Her thoughts being controlled and now her body,
they let her starve and called her ugly.
Oh dear girl,
fill your eyes with the desires limited to the standard of the society.
Your mother has silently cried, your father denied,
thee left your dreams blurry, a broken family.

There is a beast in every man without a sword in his hand,
but the wounds wouldn’t go away even after a thousandth wash.

Every chamber of her tangible and intangible flesh,
was crying and bleeding for help,
but she must endure, however being broken.
Is this how justice pervades?
all she wanted was his marks to fade away,
from her body that was not his.

Oh dear men, let the woman be free,
don’t summon her for the actions that you beseech,
don’t control her body,
nobody has given you that authority.
